We are full service union general contractor facilitating the project from start to finish and being an ally for the client team by always protecting the client’s interest for a successful project. This includes coordination of trades outside of the construction scope, for example managing furniture moving, artwork, breakroom necessities, coordination with AV, security, data/tech, etc. and is the true definition of a full service general contractor.

Pre-lease evaluations and Feasibility Studies

We work with the design team, building team and tenant teams to define the project needs. Next we provide site investigations. We evaluate findings, and establish budgets and timelines to help determine constraints of different spaces and determine which may be the right fit for your team

  • Coordination with design team and 3rd party consultants and create project strategies
  • Establish preliminary baseline estimates

Design Development

  • Refine pricing and scheduling
  • Determine phasing if needed and define site logistics
  • Constructability review, refine project details and work with subcontractors for detailed input
  • Incorporate sustainability guidelines and determine implementation with construction team

Construction

  • Material review and submittal process
  • Implementation of sustainability plan
  • Review 3 week schedules and overall construction schedule
  • Coordination of all subcontractors and tenant/building vendors
  • Track FF&E
  • Communication with building teams of upcoming work
  • Project Cost Controls and Continued Budget Review
